Job title: SAP Service Management Consultant Role Summary: Consultant to provide configuration and implementation support for SAP ECC Service Management solutions, delivering solutions that align with customer business processes and technical requirements. Expectations: - Travel as needed for on‑site client engagement. - Provide hands‑on configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP ECC Service Management components. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configuration settings. - Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze current SAP ECC environment and service management processes. - Design and configure SAP Service Management modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Knowledge Base). - Develop and execute functional and technical test plans. - Facilitate user training and support post‑go‑live. - Document configuration, customizations, and process flows. - Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Required Skills: - In‑depth knowledge of SAP ECC modules and service management functionality. - Hands‑on experience configuring SAP Service Management components. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - SAP certification in ECC or relevant SAP modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Service Management).
