Job Description

**Job Title:** Physical Therapist **Role Summary:** Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, assess functional abilities, design individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress to optimize recovery outcomes. **Expectations:** - Minimum 1 year of licensed physical therapy experience. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Active physical therapy license. - 13‑week contract with guaranteed 35 hours per week. - Shift hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. - Document patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. - Educate patients and caregivers on self‑management and preventive strategies. **Required Skills:** - Clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. - Manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription. - Proficiency with therapeutic modalities and equipment. - Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) usage. - Effective communication and teamwork. - Time‑management and organizational abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (PT). - Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
