Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager Role Summary: Associate‑level project manager in a pharmaceutical agency, overseeing small to medium digital and print projects from scoping to delivery. Collaborates with senior managers to craft realistic schedules, manage resources, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining project scope and budget. Expactations: - 2+ years of project management in an agency or similar setting, with print and digital experience. - Pharmaceutical agency background (DTC/HCP) preferred. - Strong knowledge of digital execution and print processes. Key Responsibilities: - Draft accurate scopes of work and realistic schedules using tools such as MS Project, Advantage, and Excel. - Ideate and propose project approaches, deliverables, and review progress with senior leadership. - Lead project startup, execute tactics, and ensure on‑time completion. - Communicate clear expectations, provide documentation, and mediate team resources. - Conduct structured status reviews, capture meeting notes, and assign follow‑ups. - Proactively identify issues, recommend solutions, and know when to escalates. - Manage legal and regulatory submissions with accuracy and compliance. - Generate financial performance reports for senior management. - Identify risks and collaborate with senior project managers for mitigation strategies. - Maintain internal project management system for schedules and resource allocation. - Effectively communicate plan changes to all stakeholders. - Prioritize shared resources, resolve conflicts, and forecast resource needs. - Demonstrate project ownership, accountability, and completion focus. - Exhibit active listening, tactful communication, and consensus building. Required Skills: - Project management fundamentals. - Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word. - Experience with pharmaceutical agency workflows (DTC/HCP). - Regulatory, print, and digital execution knowledge. - Risk identification and mitigation. - Resource planning and allocation. - Clear interpersonal communication. - Detail‑oriented, organized, reliable, self‑starter. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (College graduate). - Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
