**Job Title:** Analytics Intern **Role Summary:** Support the Finance organization's Analytics team by delivering data-driven insights to enhance customer-focused projects and business processes for Highline Warren’s Commercial division. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize decision-making and operational efficiency. **Expectations:** - Ambitious, self-motivated individual with analytical mindset. - Proven ability to execute tactical tasks independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Commitment to project completion and collaboration across departments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze data using BI tools and visualization techniques to generate actionable insights. - Develop and refine reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. - Execute strategic projects to improve data management and reporting processes. - Support day-to-day activities of the Analytics team, including data cleansing and analysis. **Required Skills:** - Data management, predictive modeling, and visualization techniques. - Proficiency in Power BI (preferred) or Tableau; intermediate Excel skills mandatory. - Competency in Python or R for data analysis tasks. - Strong verbal and written communication for stakeholder interactions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled as a junior student (college/university) or equivalent; must graduate as a senior post-internship. - No specific certifications required.
