Optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience while leveraging technology and data-driven insights. **Expectations** 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proficiency in technical hiring and cross-functional collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** - Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Engineering, Product, and non-technical roles. - Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to refine hiring strategies. - Build and optimize ATS systems, interview guides, and manager training. - Proactively source and engage high-impact talent in technical and non-technical domains. - Ensure consistent, transparent, and supportive candidate experiences. - Experiment with AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining personal engagement. - Analyze recruitment data to inform hiring decisions and improve pipeline health. **Required Skills** - Mastery of full-cycle recruitment, technical hiring, and employer branding. - Adaptability to fluidly transition between technical and non-technical roles. - Strong understanding of technical frameworks and role-specific competencies. - Data analysis and process optimization skills. - Proficiency with modern recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS, AI-driven tools). - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree preferred, though experience may substitute.
