**Job Title:** Hybrid Project Manager/Business Analyst **Role Summary:** 12‑month fixed‑term contract to lead a transformation program for a public‑trust organisation. The role blends project management and business analysis to modernise legacy systems, streamline processes, and deliver technology solutions that enhance user experience and organisational efficiency. **Expectations:** - Deliver projects on time and within scope using Agile (DSDM) principles. - Act as both PM and BA, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams. - Own migration, integration, and modernisation of legacy systems with Microsoft Dynamics and Learning Management Systems knowledge advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets. - Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering, and use‑case creation using Miro. - Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions. - Coordinate system migration, integration, and legacy system decommissioning. - Lead day‑to‑day project activities, manage risks, issue resolution, and change requests. - Produce status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and Agile best practices. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst. - Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially DSDM, and facilitation tools such as Miro. - Experience managing migration projects and integrating legacy systems. - Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Learning Management Systems preferred. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities. - Capacity to thrive in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. - Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). - Agile certification (DSDM, Scrum Master, etc.) and/or Business Analysis certification (CBAP) are highly desirable.
