**Job Title:** Veterinary Technical Advisor **Role Summary:** Provide first‑line technical support for animal health products, handle adverse reaction and efficacy enquiries, manage pharmacovigilance cases using global PV software, and train technical and sales teams on product knowledge and compliance. **Expactations:** Maintain professional, empathetic communication with veterinary physicians and other stakeholders. Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving, adherence to global regulatory procedures, and continuous improvement in product support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as primary contact for all product technical enquiries via phone, post, and e‑mail. - Investigate, document, and follow up on suspected adverse reactions, efficacy issues, and product complaints. - Enter, track, and close pharmacovigilance (PV) cases in the global PV system in line with global SOPs. - Train and support technical team members and sales force on product features, troubleshooting, and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product communication. **Required Skills:** - Veterinary degree with active RCVS registration. - Minimum two years of clinical veterinary experience (preferred). - Strong teamwork, empathy, and passion for veterinary medicine and client businesses. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. - Ability to translate complex technical/scientific information to varied audiences. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or higher degree in Veterinary Medicine. - Valid registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS). ---
