Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Data Analyst (F/H/X) **Role Summary:** Leverage large‑scale data from CRM, marketing automation, admissions, call‑center and web sources to drive commercial performance across 60+ schools. Build AI‑augmented dashboards, generate actionable insights, and provide weekly recommendation packs to senior leadership, while continuously improving data quality. **Expectations:** - Deliver clear, impact‑focused recommendations to the Managing Director, BU heads and sales managers on a weekly basis. - Maintain and enhance augmented dashboards with explanations and proposed actions. - Detect trends, anomalies and correlations, and simulate scenarios using AI/ML techniques. - Lead data‑quality initiatives, track gaps and drive continuous improvement. - Communicate insights effectively to non‑technical stakeholders and support managerial “warm‑up” sessions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Consolidate and cross‑analyze data from CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), marketing automation, admissions, call‑center, web traffic and campaign tools. - Track performance metrics per BU: sales, lead acquisition, conversion (lead → appointment → enrollment → financing). - Identify and report on trends, deviations and opportunities; develop predictive models and clustering analyses. - Create and maintain Power BI or Looker dashboards with AI‑generated insights and action recommendations. - Produce weekly recommendation packs outlining expected impact, priority, effort, risks and 7‑day action plans. - Present findings in “warm‑up” meetings, highlighting high‑performing and under‑performing areas. - Lead data‑quality monitoring, resolve inconsistencies, and implement a continuous improvement plan. **Required Skills:** - Advanced SQL; strong programming in Python or R (preferred). - Experience with Power BI, Looker or similar visualization tools. - Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot). - Expertise in large‑volume data analysis, statistical modeling, clustering, anomaly detection, multivariate analysis. - Knowledge of marketing/sales funnels, forecasting and executive reporting. - Hands‑on experience with machine learning/AI, including generative AI applied to commercial performance. - Strong analytical rigor, prioritization, and result‑orientation. - Excellent communication skills; ability to convey complex insights to non‑technical audiences. - Influential leadership in a matrixed environment; cross‑functional collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Engineering degree (e.g., from Centrale, École Polytechnique, Mines ParisTech) or equivalent quantitative discipline. - 4–8 years of experience in commercial/industrial data analytics within data‑intensive sectors (automotive, telecom, fintech, edtech, etc.). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or data‑science/ML certificates) are a plus.
