**Job Title** Data Coordination Intern (SQL / Analytics) **Role Summary** An unpaid, 90‑day on‑site internship focused on building and maintaining the data foundation for a healthcare career‑mobility platform. Interns will design, clean, validate, and report on large clinician and operational datasets, supporting data pipelines, dashboards, and decision‑making tools. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, validated data sets ready for downstream use. - Create and maintain clear documentation and reporting decks for engineering, GTM, and leadership. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and coordinate project deliverables. - Demonstrate speed, ownership, and a hacker mindset in solving data problems. **Key Responsibilities** - Write and debug complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data. - Perform data cleaning, wrangling, and validation across multiple sources. - Develop and maintain early data pipelines and validation frameworks. - Design, update, and audience‑appropriate present data in dashboards or slide decks. - Coordinate task scheduling, track progress, and document processes for reproducibility. **Required Skills** - 1+ year of relevant experience (academic, project, or professional). - Advanced SQL proficiency; ability to write and debug complex queries. - Experience with data cleaning, wrangling, validation, and analysis. - Strong reporting and presentation skills; translate raw data into actionable insights. - High organizational ability: structured documentation, clean data handling, process ownership. - (Preferred) Exposure to project coordination or cross‑team deliverable management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. - No formal certifications required, but demonstrate practical SQL and data‑engineering skills.
