**Job Title:** Medicaid Senior Product Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Medicaid Clinical Operations Intake framework, ensuring that ideas and initiatives are translated into prioritized, value‑driven projects that align with business goals, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility.
**Expectations:**
- Own the entire intake lifecycle from inception to delivery.
- Partner with clinical, product, operations, technology, compliance, portfolio and strategy teams.
- Provide data‑driven insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership.
- Operate with high autonomy, making decisions that impact enterprise priorities with minimal supervision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own and evolve a robust, transparent, data‑informed intake framework.
- Define and manage decision criteria evaluating business value, compliance impact, technical feasibility, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate governance prioritization forums, presenting evidence‑based evaluations to senior leadership.
- Establish performance metrics (e.g., backlog health, cycle time, customer satisfaction) to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
- Translate approved requests into actionable portfolio items with clear scope, context, and alignment for delivery teams.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clinical leadership, using data insights and stakeholder feedback to shape portfolio priorities and resource allocation.
- Champion transparency and communication, keeping stakeholders informed of intake status, prioritization outcomes, and decision rationale.
- Influence long‑term Medicaid product strategy, ensuring intake trends and performance insights inform investment decisions and process innovation.
**Required Skills:**
- Product management, operations, or process improvement experience (4+ years).
- Proven design and leadership of intake or portfolio management frameworks in complex, regulated environments.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills, including executive‑level presentation.
- Proficiency with intake and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira Align, SmartSheet, SharePoint).
- Governance, prioritization, and enterprise portfolio management expertise.
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and drive measurable process outcomes.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant product management, operations, or process improvement experience in Medicaid or healthcare delivery.
- Certification in product management or portfolio governance is a plus.
