Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation. - Gather, analyze, and interpret security metrics; prepare reports and visualizations. - Investigate identified risks and support remediation activities. - Research security tools, document features, and evaluate suitability. - Update and manage ServiceNow Security Projects and associated tasks. - Collaborate on AI‑enhanced data reporting and product development.
