Job Title: US Payroll Specialist Role Summary: 5‑month contract position to administer and process multi‑state U.S. payrolls remotely (UK or U.S.), working independently within a fast‑paced, global environment. Required Skills: - Proven experience with multi‑state U.S. payroll processing. - Proficient with UKG Pro (preferred). - Strong knowledge of payroll reconciliation techniques. - Familiarity with state tax and regulatory requirements. - Process mapping and continuous improvement mindset. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Relevant payroll or accounting certification (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional, CIPM) preferred.
