Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive / Account Executive – Salesforce Solutions Role Summary Execute the end‑to‑end sales cycle for Salesforce solutions, identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and supporting proposal development under senior guidance. Expectations * Meet quarterly sales targets and maintain a robust pipeline. * Demonstrate proactive learning and adaptability to evolving Salesforce offerings. * Engage collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to close deals. Key Responsibilities * Screen and qualify inbound leads, qualifying opportunities for the sales pipeline. * Prepare proposals, presentations, and conduct initial discovery calls. * Maintain accurate client, prospect, and opportunity data in Salesforce CRM. * Conduct market research, identify target accounts, and gather competitive intelligence. * Support ongoing client relationships with regular check‑ins and follow‑ups. * Coordinate internal resources to facilitate the sales process. Required Skills * 3+ years of sales or business development experience. * Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM from a user perspective. * Strong communication, organization, and time‑management abilities. * Proficiency in consultative selling techniques. * Ability to perform market research, analyze data, and present insights. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. * Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
