Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, UK&I Role Summary: Lead a high-performing sales team to drive new business growth outside the Americas by meeting revenue targets and implementing scalable sales strategies. Expectations: Consistently achieve sales objectives, develop and execute customer acquisition strategies, mentor account executives, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain accurate sales forecasting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and develop a team of Account Executives to meet revenue targets. - Design and implement sales strategies to expand market share and customer acquisition. - Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation for team members. - Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement. - Partner with internal teams (Account Management, Sales Enablement, etc.) to align goals and support initiatives. - Monitor sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and report performance metrics to leadership. - Analyze market dynamics and competitive activity to refine sales approaches. Required Skills: - 5+ years B2B sales experience in SaaS or HR software, with a track record exceeding revenue targets. - Minimum 2 years leading and managing sales teams. - Strong SaaS business model knowledge (MRR, LTV metrics). - Demonstrated expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). - Coaching and development of sales talent to improve performance. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
