**Job Title:** Information Technology Support Engineer **Role Summary:** Proactive IT Support Analyst providing technical assistance and service desk support in a fast-paced financial trading environment. **Expectations:** Tech-savvy, customer-focused professional with experience in trading/financial services, capable of managing multiple priorities independently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver 1st/2nd line IT support (hardware, software, infrastructure) via email, phone, and in-person; escalate to 3rd line as needed. - Administer Active Directory accounts, permissions, and resolve user access issues. - Log, track, and resolve incidents/requests using ServiceNow. - Conduct user training on PCs, mobile devices, and collaboration tools. - Document technical processes and maintain support workflows. - Prioritize and resolve VIP support cases with urgency. - Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery. **Required Skills:** - Technical proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook. - Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP, and basic networking. - Hardware troubleshooting and peripheral management. - Strong verbal/written communication and organizational abilities. - Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous. - Experience supporting users in trading/financial services environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** Not specified.
