**Job Title:** Analyst, Analytics
**Role Summary:**
Provide data-driven insights for paid media campaigns across search, social, display, programmatic, and audio channels. Build and maintain datasets, create visualizations, and deliver timely performance reports and analytical recommendations for campaign optimization.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver accurate, timely analysis and reporting on campaign performance.
- Build and document data pipelines and execution plans with scalability in mind.
- Demonstrate self‑sufficiency in data exploration and tool usage, while collaborating cross‑functionally.
- Maintain rigorous detail orientation and uphold data integrity across internal and third‑party sources.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives, KPIs, and tracking requirements.
- Construct datasets and visualizations using Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of paid media performance, client‑specific metrics, customer segmentation, and market research.
- Document execution plans, best practices, and future‑proof strategies.
- Validate accuracy of internal data and third‑party vendor streams, ensuring compliance with established timelines.
- Pursue automation and scalability opportunities to improve measurement workflows.
- Prepare and present insights to senior teams, supporting data‑driven decision making.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and ad‑tech acumen.
- Proficient in Excel (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Project management capabilities and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Detail oriented, quick learner, and proactive in problem solving.
- Familiarity with campaign management tools (Campaign Manager, Search Ad 360) and web analytics (Adobe Analytics preferred, Google Analytics acceptable).
- Knowledge of third‑party research partners (Kantar, Nielsen, comScore) is advantageous.
- Understanding of multivariate testing and statistical analysis is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
