Job Description
**Job Title**: Back End Software Engineer (Golang) **Role Summary**: Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Golang, Ruby, and microservices architecture. Focus on high-performance data infrastructure for influencer marketing platforms. **Expectations**: Ownership of full feature lifecycles; collaboration with cross-functional teams; proactive problem-solving in a product-driven environment. Requires ownership of production code, agile sprint participation, and contributions to open-source initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**: - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang and Ruby. - Implement scalable data solutions with PostgreSQL, Apache Cassandra, and Elasticsearch. - Collaborate with customer success and support teams to optimize user experience. - Participate in code reviews, technical design proposals, and continuous improvement of systems. - Deploy and monitor services using DevOps practices (GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Prometheus). **Required Skills**: - Proficiency in Golang and Ruby. - Experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra) databases. - Knowledge of microservices architecture, domain-driven design, and DevOps workflows. - Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and monitoring tools (Prometheus). - Strong problem-solving skills and agility to adapt to evolving technical challenges. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field. - Relevant certifications in Golang development, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), or DevOps methodologies preferred.
