Job Title: Growth Operations Manager
Role Summary:
Lead the acquisition engine, driving paid, inbound, and organic growth channels for a B2B SaaS influencer marketing platform. Own performance optimization, experimentation, system architecture, and cross‑functional alignment to scale user acquisition and funnel efficiency.
Expectations:
- Deliver measurable growth impact with high ownership and independence.
- Leverage analytical rigor and AI tools to uncover and close performance gaps.
- Scale current channels and identify new markets, audiences, and paid media opportunities.
- Design and run experiments that increase conversion rates and unlock new acquisition levers.
- Build and maintain the technical infrastructure that supports long‑term, scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, audit, and scale paid media campaigns (SEA, LinkedIn, Meta, affiliate, events).
- Optimize inbound growth channels (SEO, content, social, email, referral).
- Design and execute A/B experiments on ads, landing pages, and funnel flows.
- Develop and refine attribution models, dashboards, and AI‑driven insights.
- Own the acquisition funnel’s technical stack: routing, scoring, form management, UTM tagging, CRO, automations, and integrations.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Marketing to unify data and processes.
- Identify, assess, and launch new acquisition channels and markets.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years in growth, performance marketing, or marketing operations (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Proficiency with paid media platforms AND Google Ads / Meta / LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical toolkit: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, SQL or equivalent data querying.
- Experience with UTM strategy, funnel analytics, and attribution modeling.
- Comfortable using AI/ML tools to automate workflows, build predictive models, and analyze large datasets.
- Structured, creative, and resourceful problem solver with a focus on ROI.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred).
- Professional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
