Job Description
Job Title: Jr. Digital Strategist Role Summary Entry‑level digital marketing specialist responsible for managing paid search and social ad campaigns, optimizing SEO, analyzing performance data, and communicating with clients to drive measurable growth. Expectations - 1+ year experience in SEM/PPC or related digital marketing role. - Deliver performance improvements and client insights consistently. - Collaborate cross‑functionally while meeting project deadlines. - Maintain a proactive stance on client success and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities - Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns on platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads). - Conduct SEO activities: keyword research, on‑page optimization, content recommendations, and link‑building strategies. - Extract and analyze data from Google Analytics, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), and other analytics tools. - Prepare concise reports and present findings to clients and internal teams. - Partner with Digital Designers to develop creative ad assets that align with brand and audience goals. - Serve as the primary client contact for performance discussions, strategy recommendations, and issue resolution. - Identify potential performance bottlenecks and communicate actionable solutions to the team. Required Skills - Proficiency in SEM/PPC and paid social advertising. - Strong analytical skills, accurate data handling, and report creation. - Excellent written and verbal communication; confident client interaction. - Time‑management and multi‑project coordination ability. - Adaptability, critical thinking, and willingness to receive and apply feedback. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (high‑school diploma or equivalent accepted). - Google Ads certification or equivalent paid‑media credential desirable. - HubSpot, Data Studio/Looker Studio, or similar analytics platform knowledge is a bonus.
