Jr. Data & Analytics Strategist
**Role Summary**
Entry‑level strategist responsible for building, optimizing, and reporting on paid search and social media campaigns. Works closely with clients and internal teams to deliver data‑driven insights, improve KPIs, and support account growth through strategic planning and communication.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable results for clients in paid advertising channels.
- Act as the primary technical and strategic contact for client campaigns.
- Continuously learn and apply new tools, platform updates, and analytical techniques.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop, launch, and optimize paid search (Google Ads, Amazon Ads) and social media (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) campaigns.
2. Implement tracking and analytics solutions using Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, GA4, and other data platforms.
3. Collect, cleanse, and analyze performance data from Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, BigQuery, Funnel.io, etc.
4. Create actionable insights and prepare concise reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with designers to produce creative ad assets aligned with client objectives.
6. Monitor platform announcements, anticipate potential issues, and communicate updates to the team and clients.
7. Maintain strong, partnership‑based relationships with clients, providing strategic recommendations and proactive solutioning.
**Required Skills**
- 1+ year experience or relevant co‑op work in SEM/PPC across major platforms.
- Proficiency with SQL‑based data extraction, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Facebook/Google Ads ecosystem.
- Familiarity with tracking integration, event tagging, discrepancy troubleshooting, and API connectors (e.g., BigQuery, Funnel.io).
- Basic scripting in Python or JavaScript for data automation/analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset, accurate data handling, and report‑building capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, client‑facing presentation skills.
- Organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities within a fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptability, continuous learning orientation, and constructive feedback receptivity.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint are advantageous.
