**Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Six‑month contract role within the Business Solutions team, serving as the primary liaison for business partners to drive strategic initiatives, product and service developments, and enterprise‑wide implementations. Owns solution delivery from requirements gathering through post‑implementation review. **Expectations:** - 10+ years progressive business analysis or consulting experience on large, enterprise‑wide projects. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. - Strong stakeholder relationship, communication, and negotiation skills. - Demonstrated expertise in wealth‑management processes (front‑ and back‑office) and third‑party solution deployments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the main contact/relationship manager for a portfolio of business partners. - Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and solution requirements. - Recommend and design process improvements; create business process models (UML, BPMN). - Review testing artifacts, triage defects, and ensure solutions meet requirements. - Conduct post‑implementation reviews, lessons‑learned sessions, and warranty support. - Provide subject‑matter expertise on application usage and data setup. - Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve variances from product/application specs. - Support team members in achieving project and client service objectives. **Required Skills:** - Advanced problem‑solving and analytical abilities. - Requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management. - Experience with large‑scale third‑party implementations (e.g., Salesforce). - Business process modeling (UML, BPMN) and data requirement documentation. - Knowledge of project management lifecycle (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile). - Working knowledge of SQL and data architecture concepts. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. - Familiarity with business assessment tools (feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis). **Required Education & Certifications:** - University degree or college diploma. - CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) – preferred. - Canadian Securities Course or related certification – preferred. - Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (advisor journey, implementation, configuration) – preferred.
