**Job Title**
Senior IT Project Management Consultant (AMOA)
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end IT transformation projects for energy sector clients. Act as project sponsor liaison, ensuring clear vision, scope, and delivery across functional, technical, and commercial teams. Drive client satisfaction through disciplined project governance, quality control, and change management.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years managing complex IT projects (ERP, business applications, migrations, integrations).
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and project plans.
- Strong leadership with rigorous project delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in the energy, industrial, or critical infrastructure sectors is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Elicit and document business and technical requirements; develop functional/technical specifications.
- Plan, budget, and monitor project schedules, resources, risks, and quality metrics.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (business, IT, DSI, integrators, vendors).
- Oversee testing, migration, and production rollout phases, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Lead change‑management initiatives, user training, and adoption activities.
- Facilitate project steering and steering committee meetings; produce progress reports and dashboards.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
**Required Skills**
- Mastery of project management methodologies: Waterfall (V‑model), Agile, and hybrid approaches.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.
- Leadership and team‑building capabilities.
- Competency in risk and issue management, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks (e.g., Prince2, PMI).
- Functional knowledge of energy or critical infrastructure environments is an advantage.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent (Bac+5).
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in IT project governance.
- Relevant project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
