**Job Title**: Account Executive **Role Summary**: Drive end‑to‑end B2B software sales for mid‑market and enterprise accounts, focusing on solution‑based selling of workforce scheduling add‑ons. Lead the full sales cycle from qualified lead handoff to contract closure, partnering with internal alliance managers and subject matter experts to deliver compelling demonstrations and negotiate terms that secure ARR growth. **Expectations**: - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and ARR targets. - Close high‑value deals within a complex, multi‑stage sales cycle. - Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and convert prospects into paying customers. - Foster long‑term client relationships and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. **Key Responsibilities**: - Execute the complete sales process: lead intake → needs assessment → tailored demo → proposal → negotiation → closing. - Collaborate with Field Alliance Managers to maximize opportunity quality and leverage prospect insights. - Work with Subject Matter Experts to address technical questions and deliver product demonstrations. - Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding business challenges and aligning solutions. - Lead contract negotiations, securing favorable terms while maintaining customer trust. - Translate ROI and value messaging into customized pitches for each prospect. - Partner with Customer Success to uncover expansion prospects and coordinate post‑sale upsell/cross‑sell strategies. **Required Skills**: - Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, closing mid‑market to enterprise deals. - Expertise in consultative / solution‑based selling and complex sales cycles. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities. - Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) for pipeline tracking and deal management. - Understanding of HRIS ecosystems (UKG, Workday, Dayforce, ADP, Shiftboard) and workforce scheduling solutions. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven, able to work autonomously under pressure and manage competing priorities. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software) are an advantage but not mandatory.
