Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst and Supply Chain Intern Role Summary: Assist in supply & demand planning and business analysis by analyzing sales data, creating forecasts, maintaining performance reports, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve data flows and reporting accuracy. Expectations: - Produce accurate demand forecasts using Excel and Anaplan. - Generate actionable insights from data to support strategic reviews. - Maintain weekly performance dashboards and supply‑chain reports. - Participate in S&OP and demand review meetings, recording decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze historical sales, market trends, and seasonality to support forecasting. - Update and manage demand forecasting models in Excel and Anaplan. - Prepare data and agendas for monthly S&OP meetings. - Run & maintain weekly performance reporting and supply‑chain dashboards. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain for demand inputs and process improvements. Required Skills: - Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups). - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience handling large datasets. - Comfortable with forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present data insights. - Collaborative mindset; confident working across commercial, marketing, and retail teams. - Interest in retail or consumer goods, preferably beauty industry. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field. - No mandatory certifications required, but knowledge of forecasting tools or data analytics courses is advantageous.
