**Job Title**
Strategic Project Manager – 6‑month FTC
**Role Summary**
Execute end‑to‑end integration of a newly acquired company’s commercial operations, ensuring alignment of systems, processes, data, and teams to deliver measurable improvements in revenue efficiency and operational excellence.
**Expectations**
- Merge two distinct operational ecosystems within a 6‑month timeline.
- Build governance, risk mitigation, and reporting frameworks to keep senior leadership informed.
- Deliver tangible outcomes such as consolidated CRM data, unified workflows, and standardized commercial definitions.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Integration Roadmap & Governance** – Create detailed 30/60/90/180‑day plans, identify risks, and define mitigation strategies.
2. **Action & Dependency Management** – Track commitments, surface blockers, and enforce accountability across IT, Finance, and Commercial teams.
3. **Stakeholder Reporting** – Produce weekly/bi‑weekly status updates for VP Commercial Ops and CCO.
4. **Resource Coordination** – Act as traffic‑controller for change windows, aligning leadership on delivery schedules.
5. **Tech Stack Audit** – Map existing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, Slack, etc.), decide on tool retention, retirement, or integration.
6. **Data Migration & Hygiene** – Clean CRM data, remove duplicates, standardize fields, and consolidate historical records into a single source.
7. **Access & Security Management** – Oversee license allocation and permissions to support a smooth transition.
8. **Process Design & Optimization** – Map As‑Is vs. To‑Be customer journey, redesign inefficiencies, establish shared commercial definitions, and define rule‑of‑engagement policies.
9. **Sales Cadence Design** – Build cadence for key meetings (pipeline reviews, vertical calls, deep dives).
10. **Enablement & Change Management** – Write SOPs/playbooks, deliver training sessions, and set up feedback mechanisms.
**Required Skills**
- Project management with strong governance and risk‑management capabilities.
- Cross‑functional stakeholder communication and influence.
- CRM and SaaS experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Data integration and migration expertise.
- Process mapping, workflow design, and standardisation.
- Change management and enablement (SOP creation, training).
- Attention to detail, multitasking, and precision.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project‑management certification preferred.
