Job Description
**Job title** Supplier Performance Manager **Role Summary** Lead supplier crisis management and continuous performance improvement in an industrial environment. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, implement quality tools, monitor real‑time production metrics, and ensure transparent communication between client and suppliers to maintain supply continuity and meet performance targets. **Expectations** - Deliver on-time corrective actions and maintain supply chain resilience. - Achieve measurable improvements in supplier performance metrics. - Maintain rigorous quality standards and proactive risk management. - Travel extensively to supplier sites in France and abroad. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct comprehensive crisis audits, identify root causes, and design corrective plans. - Lead crisis cell operations, coordinate urgent actions, and facilitate clear client‑supplier communication. - Implement and manage production monitoring tools for real‑time progress tracking. - Support suppliers in prioritizing tasks and executing corrective, curative, and preventive action plans. - Evaluate supplier industrial performance, analyze processes, and detect inefficiencies. - Propose and drive sustainable improvement initiatives, set KPIs, and monitor results. - Engage with suppliers on the ground through frequent site visits. **Required Skills** - Mastery of quality methodologies: 8D, Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA (AMDEC). - Proven experience designing and implementing supplier improvement programs. - Strong analytical, persuasive, and listening abilities. - Autonomous, rigorous, and responsive in complex, high‑pressure settings. - Proficiency in English (spoken and written). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s + Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, preferably aerospace or a comparable sector. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in crisis management, quality, supply chain, or supplier audit roles. - Relevant certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar (preferred but not mandatory).
