Job title: Procurement Specialist Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end procurement for a high‑value capital project. Develop and execute tailored commercial strategies, manage the full tender lifecycle, and oversee contract administration, while ensuring alignment with project objectives, governance, schedule, and budget. **Job Title** Procurement Contract Specialist **Role Summary** Support commercial activities for a major capital project by managing the owner’s procurement scope, negotiating and administering contracts, and facilitating interfaces with EPCM partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, timely procurement and contract documentation. - Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and commercial governance requirements. - Provide clear reporting and analytics to support project decision‑making. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage owner scope items including environmental, permitting, HR, and consultancy agreements. - Establish, modify, or terminate agreements using existing MSAs or creating purchase orders as needed. - Generate purchase requisitions in SAP, coordinate system interfaces, and track approvals. - Administer contract variations, extensions, and changes through to completion. - Produce procurement and contract reports for project visibility. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in SAP (P2P, Ariba) and ERP systems; strong MS Office knowledge. - Deep understanding of procurement processes, contract administration, and commercial governance. - Experience supporting EPC, major studies, or capital project procurement. - Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation abilities. - Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and with external partners. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CPS) are advantageous but not mandatory.
