Job Description: **Job Title** ARB Architect – RIBA Stages 0‑3 **Role Summary** Responsible for advancing early‑stage design concepts and feasibility studies for residential and commercial projects. Works collaboratively with clients, consultants and internal teams to produce high‑quality design proposals and documentation through RIBA Stages 0 to 3, incorporating UK planning and building regulations. **Expectations** - Deliver clear, professional design proposals within project timelines. - Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring requirements are met. - Maintain compliance with UK planning, building regulations and ARB standards. - Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing. **Key Responsibilities** - Initiate and develop design concepts, feasibility studies and early‑stage deliverables (Stages 0‑3). - Produce detailed drawings, sections, elevations and BIM models in Revit. - Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal departments to integrate feedback and resolve issues. - Prepare and submit planning applications, early‑stage regulatory submissions, and other statutory documentation. - Review and refine design work to uphold aesthetic, functional and regulatory standards. - Support project management activities, including schedule monitoring and cost control. **Required Skills** - ARB registration with substantial UK architectural practice experience. - Advanced proficiency in Revit (preferably with integrated BIM workflows). - Strong design conception and technical detailing abilities. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Proven client liaison and stakeholder coordination skills. - In‑depth knowledge of UK building regulations, planning procedures and best practice guidelines. - Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - UK-qualified architectural degree (ARC or equivalent). - ARB registration in good standing. - Relevant BIM/BIMtools certifications preferred (e.g., Autodesk Revit certification).
