Job title: Social Media Coordinator Role Summary: Develops and executes B2B social media and content strategies, serves as the brand voice, and drives audience engagement across platforms for client accounts. Expactations: Deliver timely, high‑quality social posts and blogs; maintain monthly content calendars; generate analytic reports; collaborate with clients and internal teams; uphold brand consistency and community standards. Key Responsibilities: - Publish and schedule content on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant channels. - Create, coordinate, and present monthly content calendars for client approval. - Engage with B2B audiences, answer inquiries, and participate in industry conversations. - Write, edit, and post blog articles using a CMS (e.g., WordPress). - Produce and analyze campaign performance reports; track KPIs to inform strategy. - Manage community interaction, respond to comments, and moderate discussions. - Perform basic photo editing for visual assets. Required Skills: - Strong written and verbal communication; superior storytelling and editing. - Proficiency with major social media platforms and community management tools. - Experience with content SEO and keyword optimization. - Ability to use blogging CMS (WordPress) and basic photo‑editing software. - Analytical mindset for tracking metrics and reporting results. - Proactive, detail‑oriented, and accountable.
