**Job Title:** Payroll Specialist **Role Summary:** Deliver accurate and compliant U.S. payroll processing for a global organization. Manage the complete payroll cycle, resolve inquiries via ServiceNow, coordinate with HR, finance, and outsourcing partners, and drive continuous improvement of payroll processes and systems. **Expectations:** - 3–5 years of hands‑on U.S. payroll experience, preferably in a multinational setting. - Strong command of payroll regulations, data integrity, and end‑to‑end payroll operations. - Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, with a client‑centric mindset. - Collaborative team player who can influence cross‑functional stakeholders. - Proficient in MS Office, payroll data platforms, and experience with ServiceNow ticketing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Process daily payroll runs, ensuring compliance and accuracy. - Monitor and respond to ServiceNow tickets from managers and employees. - Audit payroll data against HR records; prepare and deliver payroll reports. - Support payroll‑related inquiries, benefits, and employee lifecycle questions. - Administer compensation, bonuses, severance, and leave management. - Execute the three‑phase payroll run process using the global Payroll Checklist. - Define, implement, and UAT new pay components and work schedules via HRIS. - Raise and manage change requests with payroll outsourcing partners. - Oversee end‑of‑year payroll activities, calendar validation, and financial query resolution. - Keep payroll documentation current and ensure alignment with legislative changes. **Required Skills:** - U.S. payroll processing expertise. - Proficiency with payroll data platforms, HRIS, and ServiceNow. - Advanced Excel and MS Office skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail. - Strong problem‑solving and process‑improvement abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. - Payroll certifications (e.g., PPH, PWC, CP) or equivalent experience are preferred.
