**Job Title**
Software Engineer (.NET / SQL / JavaScript)
**Role Summary**
Full‑time backend and full‑stack developer responsible for building, enhancing, and stabilizing a mature SaaS platform. Works across the data, service, and presentation layers, collaborates with Product, QA, and Engineering, and contributes to architecture and CI/CD processes.
**Expactations**
- Deliver clean, maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, grooming).
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to refine requirements.
- Engage in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and maintain backend components in C#/.NET and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Extend full‑stack functionality using JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, or Razor as needed.
- Add new product features, including co‑terming enhancements and roadmap updates.
- Write automated tests, contribute to CI/CD workflows, and ensure reliable deployments.
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve production incidents, performing root‑cause analysis.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing artifacts.
**Required Skills**
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework; familiarity with JavaScript.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.
- Knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing.
- Exposure to AWS services (RDS, S3, ALBs, Lambda, SQS).
- Experience building REST APIs, event‑driven or asynchronous processing.
- Debugging and root‑cause analysis in production environments.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- No mandatory certifications; proficiency in listed technologies is required.
