Job Title: Enterprise Application Manager – Industrial Group (F/M)
Role Summary
Oversee, maintain, and evolve the Group’s business applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. Execute both project delivery (MOE) and business requirements support (AMOA). Act as the primary liaison among business units, IT, and external vendors while steering a development team.
Expectations
Deliver on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Demonstrate strong analytical, communicative, and problem‑solving skills. Manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize initiatives, and uphold regulatory compliance (GDPR, EUDR, etc.). Proactively adopt AI tools to accelerate design, development, and testing cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and maintain ERP, MES, WMS, EDI, CRM, and custom business solutions.
- Define functional specifications, collect business requirements, and validate solutions with stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate internal development teams and external suppliers.
- Plan, monitor, and report on application projects; manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure high‑quality documentation (technical and functional) for all deployments.
- Supervise testing phases, production roll‑outs, and post‑go‑live support.
- Incorporate AI-assisted tools for development, documentation, and testing.
- Conduct continuous technology and regulatory monitoring; recommend process and system improvements.
- Serve as the application reference point for business, IT, and senior management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing industrial business applications (ERP, WMS, MES, EDI).
- Hands‑on development skills in C, C#, .NET, or comparable languages.
- Strong project management knowledge, including V‑model life cycle.
- Leadership experience with internal or external development teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer‑service skills.
- Adaptability, pragmatic problem solving, curiosity, and proactive mindset.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) or application development (Microsoft Certified: .NET, SAP, etc.) are advantageous.
