**Job Title:** .Net Core / Blazor Developer (Freelance) **Role Summary:** Act as a founding Senior developer on a brand‑new, complex operational module. Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of a Blazor‑based front‑end and .NET Core 9 backend, working closely with a Business Analyst to kick‑start the project and later integrate with a growing development team. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, maintainable code that meets business impact goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and validate solutions. - Maintain technical leadership on architecture, CI/CD, and cloud deployment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define initial application architecture and technology stack. - Build core components and microservices using .NET Core 9, Blazor, and SQL Server. - Configure and manage Azure PaaS services: CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment. - Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure performance and security best practices. - Document technical designs, APIs, and architecture decisions. - Work with end‑users and business analysts to gather and refine functional requirements. **Required Skills:** - Deep experience with .NET Core (v9+) and Blazor (or equivalent SPA frameworks). - Strong grasp of microservices architecture and RESTful API design. - Proficient with SQL Server: data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning. - Hands‑on experience with Azure PaaS (App Services, Functions, CI/CD, monitoring). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). - Excellent communication and business‑focused mindset. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred). - Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ‑204, MPSE, or equivalent) are advantageous.
