**Job title:** IAM Manager / Consultant
**Role Summary:**
Lead and maintain the user access and authorization lifecycle across the organization’s IT environment. Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access provisioning while driving automation, audit readiness, and collaboration with security, infrastructure, HR, and business teams.
**Expectations:**
- 4–5 years of proven experience in IAM or access management.
- Hands‑on expertise with identity platforms such as Active Directory and SailPoint.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and Office 365 ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of security principles (least privilege, audit trails, traceability).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Daily administration of access requests: creation, modification, revocation.
- Implement and enforce security policies and internal procedures for user rights.
- Automate and optimize access provisioning workflows.
- Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and internal controls.
- Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, HR, and business stakeholders.
- Update and manage access governance documentation and reference models.
- Provide guidance to users on best access‑management practices.
**Required Skills:**
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools – Active Directory, SailPoint.
- Operating systems – Windows Server, Linux.
- Cloud platforms – Office 365, Azure (basic).
- Security fundamentals – least privilege, privileged access management, audit.
- Process automation – scripting (PowerShell, Bash), workflow tools.
- Documentation & communication – technical writing, stakeholder liaison.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, ITIL, Certified IDentification Professional (CIP), SailPoint Certified Administrator, or equivalent.
