Job Description

**Job Title:** Revit Technician (Freelance) – Commercial Interiors (Stage 4 & 5) **Role Summary:** Freelance Revit Technician responsible for producing detailed Revit models and construction documentation for commercial interior projects in design development and construction phases (Stage 4 & 5). Must coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, maintain model standards, and deliver accurate, high‑quality drawing sets under tight deadlines. **Expectations:** - Immediate availability to start. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong communication and teamwork with architects, M&E, joinery and FF&E specialists. - Commitment to quality, accuracy, and adherence to project schedules. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and refine detailed Revit models for commercial interiors. - Generate construction documentation, drawing sets, schedules, and details for tender and construction use. - Coordinate with architectural, mechanical‑electrical‑plumbing, joinery, and FF&E teams to resolve clashes and integrate components. - Maintain model integrity, including template setup, family creation, and view management. - Ensure deliverables meet project deadlines and quality standards. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience on commercial interior projects, specifically Stage 4 & 5. - Advanced proficiency in Revit (modeling, documentation, detailing, family creation). - Solid understanding of construction methods, interior finishes, and FF&E integration. - Coordination experience with architecture, M&E, and joinery disciplines. - High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - BIM or Revit certification preferred but not mandatory. - Familiarity with UK building regulations and standards advantageous.
