**Role Summary**
Own and execute the full‑funnel marketing strategy for a fast‑growing fintech company, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth through data‑driven, integrated campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Lead and execute digital, content, paid, email, SEO/SEM, social, and PR initiatives.
2. Build, launch, and manage integrated campaigns to generate qualified leads and pipeline growth.
3. Optimize campaigns continuously using KPI tracking, conversion analysis, and ROI reporting.
4. Administer HubSpot, ensuring clean data, precise attribution, and actionable reporting.
5. Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity for consistency.
6. Oversee production of high‑value content (webinars, case studies, blogs, videos, social media).
7. Direct external communications, including media outreach and thought leadership.
8. Manage and grow a network of freelancers, contractors, and agencies.
9. Partner with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product, Design, Development) to optimize website and landing pages for conversion.
