**Job Title** Healthtech Solutions Specialist **Role Summary** Provides clinical and operational insight to guide the design and refinement of a digital health platform. Works closely with product, R&D, and pilot teams to translate real‑world healthcare workflows into actionable product features and user training. **Expectations** * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape product vision. * Serve as a clinical liaison, relaying frontline needs to design and development. * Participate actively in product testing, feedback loops, and usability reviews. * Advocate user‑driven design principles throughout the product lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct feature testing and provide evidence‑based recommendations for improvement. * Map healthcare workflows, identify pain points, and propose solutions for hospitals, clinics, and academic settings. * Lead pilot program execution: recruit peers, collect data, and synthesize findings. * Contribute to ideation sessions, focusing on communication, AI, reminders, and clinical decision support modules. * Develop and deliver training materials, translating product capabilities into practical use cases for frontline staff. **Required Skills** * Hands‑on clinical, administrative, or academic healthcare experience. * Proficiency with digital health solutions (EMRs, telehealth platforms, AI tools, mobile apps). * Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. * Demonstrated passion for improving health systems through user‑centric design. * Bonus: History of involvement in digital product development or pilot program management. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Public Health, Health Administration, or related healthcare discipline. * Relevant certifications (e.g., RN, MA, MPH) preferred but not mandatory.
