Job Title: AI Developer
Role Summary:
Build and deploy a production‑ready AI infrastructure for a new project in the wine sector, focusing on Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), large‑language‑model (LLM) fine‑tuning, vector databases, and agentic framework integration.
Expectations:
- Own end‑to‑end AI solution delivery, from design to deployment.
- Scale models and data pipelines to support real‑time retrieval and generation.
- Ensure security, privacy, and operational excellence of AI assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust AI architecture for new projects.
- Develop and optimize RAG systems, including contextual retrieval and hybrid search.
- Configure and maintain vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
- Fine‑tune, deploy, and manage LLMs, integrating LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Build agentic AI workflows and LLMOps pipelines (deployment, monitoring, maintenance).
- Create Named Entity Recognition (NER) pipelines, leveraging zero‑shot methods.
- Develop Text‑to‑SQL models translating NL queries into executable SQL.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to embed AI capabilities into products.
- Apply security best practices to AI models and data.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience architecting and deploying production AI systems.
- Strong grasp of RAG, vector database management, and search optimization.
- Hands‑on with LLM fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and LLMOps.
- Proficient in Python, ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with hybrid retrieval, contextual search, and agentic frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI security, data protection, and responsible deployment.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in ML/AI development.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Cloud ML Engineer, or equivalent) are a plus.
