**Job Title:** Front‑End Developer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces for the organization’s sites and CMS. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure clean, secure code. 4. Implement solutions using HTML5, CSS3 (Sass), JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, and ASP.NET, plus modern frameworks as needed. 5. Ensure cross‑browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and adherence to accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG) and SEO best practices. 6. Resolve website‑related issues via IT ticketing/helpdesk. 7. Collaborate with IT, design, and content teams to deliver user‑focused solutions aligned with organizational priorities. 8. Produce clear technical documentation for processes, standards, and new features. 9. Stay current with emerging web technologies, tools, and industry best practices. 10. Recommend and implement enhancements to improve usability, performance, and scalability. 11. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support strategic priorities. **Required Skills:** - Front‑end development: HTML5, CSS3 (Sass), JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX/Fetch API, JSON. - CMS experience (e.g., ASP.NET). - Responsive design, cross‑browser testing, accessibility compliance (ADA/WCAG). - SEO fundamentals, typography, visual design basics. - Version control: Git, GitHub (Desktop or CLI). - Graphic design, wireframing, use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD). - Video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro). - Familiarity with DotNetNuke (DNN) and Visual Studio 2019/2022. - Strong written and verbal communication; analytical problem‑solving. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year institution *or* equivalent technical training/certifications. - Minimum of 3 years hands‑on professional experience in front‑end development.
