Job Description
Job Title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain .NET backend services and React front‑end components in hybrid on‑premises/cloud environments. Drive end‑to‑end delivery including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployments while collaborating with multi‑disciplinary teams to build scalable, microservices‑based solutions. Expections: Deliver high‑quality, maintainable code on schedule; participate actively in agile ceremonies; communicate progress and issues clearly to stakeholders; continuously improve development practices and toolchains. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and enhance C#/.NET services and APIs. - Build and maintain React front‑end interfaces. - Integrate services with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms. - Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent. - Containerize applications with Docker; orchestrate with Kubernetes or equivalent. - Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and peers to define architecture and requirements. - Write unit, integration, and performance tests; ensure code quality through code reviews and automated testing. - Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and staging environments. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospective meetings. Required Skills: - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. - Proficient in C# and .NET (Core or Framework). - Hands‑on experience with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks. - Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). - Expertise in DevOps practices: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, automated deployments. - Version control with Git; agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). - Knowledge of microservices architecture, scalable APIs, and distributed systems. - Familiarity with relational (SQL Server) and non‑relational (MongoDB) databases. - Solid understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Preferably Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified Developer.
