**Job Title:** Marketing Analytics Manager
**Role Summary:**
Data‑driven professional responsible for delivering strategic insights, operational reporting, and performance forecasts to inform senior marketing leadership decisions. Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and revenue operations to build scalable dashboards, self‑serve analytics, and predictive models that link marketing activities to revenue outcomes.
**Expectations:**
- Provide actionable, insight‑led analysis to senior leaders.
- Develop and maintain scalable, automated reporting tools.
- Enable forecasting, scenario planning, and early‑warning risk identification.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration and champion data‑centric decision‑making.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for campaign, pipeline, and lead performance.
- Translate complex data sets into clear visual stories for stakeholders at all levels.
- Create performance forecasts and models that tie marketing spend to revenue impact.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce ad‑hoc effort and improve data accessibility.
- Partner with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales to align metrics and objectives.
- Identify risks and opportunities, recommend corrective actions, and support strategic planning.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in marketing analytics/operations, preferably B2B SaaS or technology.
- Strong analytical ability with expertise in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo).
- Commercial acumen for forecasting, performance modeling, and scenario planning.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross‑functionally.
- Ability to build repeatable, self‑service analytics solutions.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist, Power BI, or similar) are a plus but not mandatory.
