Job title: Product Marketing Manager – Fixed Term Contract
Role Summary: Drive go‑to‑market strategy for Redgate’s Productivity solution area, translating product capabilities into clear positioning, messaging, and sales enablement assets to accelerate adoption and growth.
Expectations: Lead end‑to‑end launch planning, conduct market and competitive research, develop audience segmentation and success metrics, collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders, and report on impact of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute launch plans for new capabilities/products in the Productivity space, defining strategy, target segments, messaging, and KPIs.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research; analyze insights; present trends and recommendations to cross‑functional teams.
- Craft and refine product positioning and value propositions that differentiate solutions in the market.
- Create and deliver sales enablement materials (narratives, collateral, training, briefings) to equip sales teams for success.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and sales to ensure launch activities align with broader strategies and achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize future GTM initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Proven product marketing or GTM experience in B2B technology or equivalent.
- Ability to translate complex technical features into concise, customer‑focused value propositions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills; experience collaborating across organizational functions.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data‑driven decision‑making, customer feedback analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Project management skills: multi‑project oversight, timeline discipline, and metric tracking.
- Familiarity with tools such as Seismic, Salesforce, Crayon, Marketo (or similar) is a plus.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in product marketing, data analytics, or marketing automation are advantageous but not mandatory.
