Job Description: **Job Title:** Web & Mobile Developer **Role Summary:** Develop, maintain, and enhance web sites and mobile applications, customize and manage CMS platforms, and contribute to projects using modern frameworks while ensuring optimal performance and user experience. **Expectations:** - Demonstrate strong teamwork, autonomy, and creativity. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and support responsive web sites and native/hybrid mobile apps. - Customize, integrate, and manage CMS solutions such as WordPress and PrestaShop. - Implement features and modules using Laravel, PHP, and related modern frameworks (e.g., React). - Optimize application performance, load times, and overall user experience. - Conduct technical research, monitor industry trends, and recommend new tools or practices. **Required Skills:** - Proficient with WordPress and major CMS platforms. - Strong PHP development skills, particularly with Laravel. - Experience in mobile development (Flutter, React Native, or similar). - Solid understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React). - Ability to troubleshoot, profile, and optimize performance. - Good communication, collaborative mindset, and self‑direction. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, **or** equivalent professional experience. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Laravel, WordPress, Flutter) are a plus but not mandatory.
