Job Title: Senior Salesforce Omnistudio Developer
Role Summary: Design, develop, and extend Salesforce Omnistudio solutions within the Government Cloud Plus Public Sector Solutions (PSS) environment. Deliver secure, compliant custom Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration workflows while mentoring junior staff.
Expactations:
- Deliver high‑quality, production‑ready code within defined sprint cycles.
- Maintain strict security and compliance standards (HIPAA, IRS Pub 1075).
- Collaborate with security, architecture, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and customize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and Flow Builder flows.
- Extend PSS framework: Omniscript, FlexCards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and data model.
- Generate PDF/Word documents from Salesforce data.
- Develop secure integrations with on‑premise SQL/Azure SQL using Salesforce Connect, SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, SOQL, SOSL, and Chatter APIs.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce Shield, encryption, identity and access management, and other security best practices.
- Perform security assessments, collaborate with security team on vulnerability remediation.
- Manage version control in Git and maintain Copado CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
- Document technical specifications, coding standards, and mentoring junior team members.
Required Skills:
- 5–8 years of Salesforce platform development.
- Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow Builder.
- Deep knowledge of Public Sector Solutions (Omniscript, FlexCards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures).
- Experience with Salesforce Connect, SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, SOQL, SOSL, outbound messaging.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Expertise in security (encryption, data masking, secure data handling) and compliance (HIPAA, IRS Pub 1075).
- Skilled with Git, Copado CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (Required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
