Job Description

**Process Engineer** **Role Summary** Oversee production line performance, process optimization, and problem-solving initiatives. Drive efficiency through data analytics, line settings, and changeover process improvements. Coach operators and collaborate with teams to eliminate process variability. **Expectations** Own end-to-end process improvement projects, lead data-driven decision-making, and ensure continuous development of performance analytics tools. Demonstrate expertise in technical problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze performance data (OEE, MTBS) and identify top losses via heat maps. - Own and optimize line settings, changeover processes (via SMED methods), and problem-solving protocols. - Lead workshops for changeover efficiency and chronic/sporadic loss improvements. - Coach operators on process standards and problem-solving methodologies. - Execute 90-day/weekly plans to reduce losses and drive long-term process stability. - Report KPIs for meetings and implement process improvements across workflows. **Required Skills** - Strong technical understanding of production processes and equipment. - Data analysis and visualization (OEE, loss stratification). - Problem-solving (root cause analysis, chronic/acute loss prioritization). - Coaches operators in process and problem-solving techniques. - IT skills (MS Office). - Innovation and improvement engineering mindset. - Clear communication of technical findings to multidisciplinary teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, electrical, robotics, etc.). - No specific certifications required.
