Job title: Digital Workplace Engineer (Europe)
Role Summary: Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of digital workplace solutions across multiple regions. Drive collaboration, productivity, and security for end‑users while aligning initiatives with corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy and continuously improve workplace software and hardware solutions.
• Coordinate with global, regional, and local teams to align operational capabilities.
• Architect and optimize end‑user resources, focusing on auditing, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage Microsoft 365 suite (Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate).
• Automate asset management, security, and auditing using Intune, PowerShell, and Power Automate.
• Resolve technical issues in Microsoft workplace applications promptly.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate advanced reports, and implement optimization initiatives.
• Design and deliver targeted training programs for advanced tool usage.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to boost productivity.
• Negotiate and manage vendor relationships, ensuring premium service delivery.
• Standardize documentation and workplace processes at the regional level.
• Champion ITIL processes and maintain KPIs across service management activities.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of workplace engineering experience in complex, multi‑regional settings.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate).
- Hands‑on experience with endpoint management (Intune, Tanium).
- Proficiency in ITSM workflows with ServiceNow (incident, problem, change management).
- Advanced troubleshooting of Microsoft workplace applications.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, patch management, endpoint security, and compliance.
- Automation skills using PowerShell and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with ITIL v4 best practices, especially change management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, or equivalent.
