**Job Title:** Associate Manager, Digital Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Drive tactical execution and optimization of customer retention channels (Email, SMS, Direct Mail) to enhance segmentation, personalization, and acquisition. Manage end‑to‑end campaign processes, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and monitor performance against KPIs.
**Expactations:**
- Independently lead projects to meet or exceed retention goals.
- Prioritize time‑sensitive initiatives with high attention to detail.
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and execute digital marketing programs across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail, including workflow, creative briefs, asset delivery, QA, and approvals.
- Develop campaign calendars, coordinate with creative, merchandising, and site teams, and optimize landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing, performance monitoring, reporting, and analysis; ensure campaigns meet KPI targets.
- Manage agency relationships from ideation through deployment and post‑campaign evaluation.
- Collaborate with CRM, Brand Marketing, E‑commerce Analytics, Digital Merchandising, Loyalty, and Creative teams.
- Contribute to a test‑and‑learn culture, sharing insights and best practices across marketing functions.
**Required Skills:**
- 3‑5 years digital marketing experience, specifically with email service providers and SMS platforms.
- Proficiency in campaign execution, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of email fundamentals (CAN‑SPAM, segmentation, metrics).
- Data‑driven mindset with experience in CRM, audience modeling, and segmentation.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- No specific certifications required; familiarity with martech tools and analytics platforms is essential.
