Job Description

Job Title: Software Engineer, Insights Role Summary: Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end systems for analyzing, visualizing, and experimenting with large volumes of conversational AI data. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver data‑driven insights that improve agent performance and user experience. Expectations: - Minimum 4 years of hands‑on production engineering experience. - Proven ability to deliver full‑stack solutions from concept through production. - Strong ownership mindset, high agency to resolve obstacles and drive impact. - Ability to balance craftsmanship, customer obsession, and competitive intensity. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a reporting and experimentation platform for agent performance data. - Implement A/B testing infrastructure for agents to enable data‑driven adjustments. - Build Explorer, an AI‑powered conversational data exploration tool. - Create proactive monitoring systems to detect agent defects and emerging patterns. - Collaborate with small autonomous teams on customer‑centric problem solving. - Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions. Required Skills: - Leadership experience on technical projects or teams (preferred). - Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Python, Java, etc.). - Frontend experience with modern web stacks (Typescript, React, etc.). - Experience building scalable, production‑grade data pipelines and dashboards. - Familiarity with AI, NLP, or conversational data (advantageous). - Knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Ability to design clean interfaces, solid architecture, and maintainable code.
