Job Description
**Job Title:** IT Specialist / Service Delivery Manager **Role Summary:** Oversee technical services and cloud infrastructure for multi-site nonprofit organization, ensuring secure, efficient IT operations across North America. **Expectations:** Hands-on leadership in IT infrastructure, vendor management, cybersecurity, and end-user support. Collaborate with teams to enhance network performance and implement technology upgrades. **Key Responsibilities:** - Technical governance of LAN/WAN, cloud (Azure), Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. - Manage IT service delivery (incident, problem, change, configuration) and vendor SLA compliance. - Coordinate with Security Operations Center (SOC) for vulnerability management and security hardening. - Provide end-user support for hardware, software, VoIP, and collaboration tools. - Optimize network and cloud architecture to improve data flow at camp locations. - Administer IT budgets, capital replacement plans, and inventory for hardware/software. - Lead IT projects, recommend network improvements, and maintain disaster recovery protocols. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years IT operations, vendor management, and end-user support. - Microsoft 365/Entra ID and Azure IaaS administration. - Network administration (Cisco, Extreme, SD-WAN). - ITIL practices for service management. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills. - Project management and budgeting competencies. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience. - Valid criminal background check.
