**Job Title** Cyber Security Sales Director – UK/Europe **Role Summary** Lead and execute sales strategy for cybersecurity solutions across the UK and European markets. Deliver revenue growth, expand customer base, and build long‑term client relationships while coordinating with marketing, product, and finance teams. **Expectations** - Drive annual revenue targets and business development in the UK and Europe. - Strengthen brand presence and market share in the cybersecurity sector. - Maintain a high‑performance sales organization and collaborate cross‑functionally. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and implement a forward‑thinking sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives. - Identify and pursue new business prospects, expanding customer base across the UK and Europe. - Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. - Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and pricing strategies; negotiate contracts and win deals. - Partner with marketing to develop sales collateral, campaigns, and product positioning. - Monitor cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform strategy. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings; travel as required. **Required Skills** - 10–12 years of proven sales experience in cybersecurity or related technology. - Strong network of contacts across the UK and European B2B markets. - Demonstrated attainment of revenue targets and experience leading high‑performing sales teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - In‑depth knowledge of cybersecurity threats, trends, and value proposition of security solutions. - Ability to develop pricing models and close complex deals. - Results‑driven, strategic thinker with strong analytical and forecasting abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
