Job Description: **Job Title**: Process Integration Engineer **Role Summary**: Lead process integration for next-generation semiconductor memory technologies, optimizing manufacturing flows and driving innovation in advanced computing architecture. **Expectations**: Autonomous execution of integration strategies, collaboration across process/device/test engineering teams, and data-driven decision-making to achieve aggressive performance targets. **Key Responsibilities**: - Design and optimize process integration flows to reduce steps, accelerate cycles, and enhance learning. - Manage fabrication workflows using MES systems, including lot tracking and process flow execution. - Collaborate with unit process engineers to refine recipes and meet device performance goals. - Analyze metrology, SEM/TEM, and EELS/EDX data to inform process improvements. - Translate process-performance correlations into actionable strategies for device optimization. - Develop clear technical reports and insights to guide technology development. **Required Skills**: - Strong expertise in semiconductor module processes (metallization: PVD/CVD, ALD, electroplating, CMP). - Proficiency in statistical analysis, process control, and optimization. - Experience with GDS layout files (preferred). - Data interpretation and problem-solving capabilities across process/device/test domains. - Excellent communication and teamwork to coordinate multidisciplinary efforts. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Master’s or PhD in Process Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical/Chemical Engineering, or related field. - 3+ years industry experience in semiconductor process integration.
