**Job Title** Business Developer MIA (H/F) **Role Summary** Prospect, acquire and develop a portfolio of private and professional clients for wealth‑management solutions. Provide tailored advice, implement investment strategies and ensure ongoing client satisfaction within a regulated financial environment. **Expactations** - Demonstrated success in sales or client‑management roles, preferably in finance or related sectors. - Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader advisory network. - Commitment to continuous learning and attaining regulatory certifications (e.g., ORIAS). - Strong advocacy for client interests and ethical compliance. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct active prospecting to build and grow a client base. - Conduct client needs assessments and design personalized wealth‑management strategies. - Execute and monitor investment, retirement, and insurance solutions over the client lifecycle. - Provide clear, compliant communication and regular progress updates. - Maintain accurate client records and adhere to regulatory reporting requirements. **Required Skills** - Commercial acumen and persuasive communication. - Relationship management and client‑service orientation. - Analytical thinking and problem‑solving. - Self‑directed, goal‑oriented, and disciplined in following up. - Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, economics, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). - ORIAS registration or willingness to obtain within 12 months. - Any additional relevant financial qualifications (e.g., FRM, CFA, AMF) considered an asset.
