Job title: Internship
Role Summary:
A 12‑week, full‑time internship across development, design, marketing & sales, strategic consulting, product management, IT operations, or talent functions in a European digital product studio. Interns work on live client projects (e.g., PayconiqbyBancontact, Colruyt, Tomorrowland) within a multidisciplinary team, gaining holistic exposure to product strategy, design, frontend/backend, and emerging AI technologies.
Expectations:
- Current university or graduate student seeking a 12‑week internship.
- Strong motivation to learn, contribute, and embrace the studio’s core values of ownership, integrity, agility, and teamwork.
- Proactive engagement in mentorship, bi‑weekly learning sessions, hackathons, conferences, and project work.
- Ability to take initiative, demonstrate autonomy, and collaborate effectively across design, development, and strategy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior team members in planning, developing, and delivering project deliverables.
- Participate in daily stand‑ups, design reviews, sprint planning, and client briefings.
- Contribute to code repositories, design mock‑ups, marketing collateral, or product roadmaps as assigned.
- Document processes, user insights, or technical findings to support knowledge sharing.
- Attend learning and networking events (lunch talks, hackathons, conferences) to broaden industry perspective.
- Provide constructive feedback and support peers in problem‑solving and agile practices.
Required Skills:
- Current student or recent graduate with a passion for digital product creation.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
- Basic proficiency in at least one of the following: coding (JavaScript, Python, or similar), UI/UX design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), marketing analytics, or product management frameworks.
