**Job Title:** DevOps Security Engineer (F/M)
**Role Summary:**
Design, deploy, and maintain secure cryptographic infrastructures for IoT products and client environments. Act as the bridge between engineering, cybersecurity, and product management, ensuring solutions are production-ready and evolve with market needs.
**Expectations:**
- Lead technical integration of PKI, HSM, and KMS solutions in on‑premise or hybrid client environments.
- Drive the evolution of the INeS platform for identity and cryptographic protection of connected devices.
- Define and improve IoT security use cases, including identity management, secure firmware updates, key rotation, and certificate lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act and IEC 62443 standards.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, product, and client teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Support pre‑sales activities by demonstrating PKI, HSM, and KMS integration to prospects.
2. Gather client feedback and field data to refine platform features and performance.
3. Design and implement IoT security workflows: device identity, firmware update mechanisms, key/key‑manager orchestration, and certificate lifecycle.
4. Validate and certify solutions against CRA and IEC 62443 compliance frameworks.
5. Coordinate cross‑functional delivery, ensuring smooth transition from testing to production.
6. Produce clear technical documentation and customer-facing explanations.
7. Travel internationally as required for client engagements and deployments.
**Required Skills:**
- 5 + years in DevOps security, PKI, or infrastructure engineering.
- Proficient Linux system administration.
- Experience with Docker/Docker Compose; Kubernetes knowledge is a plus.
- Strong networking fundamentals: firewalls, VPNs, and secure network design.
- Deep understanding of PKI, HSM, and KMS architectures.
- Programming: Python; relational databases: MariaDB/MySQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex technical concepts.
- Bilingual English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel internationally.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Networks, Distributed Systems, Cryptography, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSP, or certifications in PKI/HSM) are advantageous but not mandatory.
